Kelli Finglass
Director, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders

As director of the world famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Kelli Finglass has earned a reputation as a distinguished leader and trend setter in the NFL. A native of east Texas, she is a graduate of Lindale High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in international marketing from the University of North Texas.

Finglass proudly wore the star-spangled uniform for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders from 1984 to 1989. She made her initial mark on DCC history by becoming the only cheerleader to be invited back by director, Suzanne Mitchell, for her fifth season with the Cowboys without having to go through the customary audition process.

After retiring from the squad in 1989, Finglass was hired by Jerry Jones as an assistant director to the cheerleaders from 1989 to 1990. She then took a position in the sales and promotions department for the Dallas Cowboys and in 1991 was promoted to director of the cheerleaders. She quickly stepped into the role of business manager and entrepreneur, deftly branding America's sweethearts and turning the department into a successful profit center for the first time in their 20 year history. Her astute attention to detail, creative insight and savvy marketing skills quickly produced remarkable results. Launching corporate sponsorships and developing innovative merchandising strategies are just a few of the accomplishments she has added to her resumé during her extraordinary career with America's sweethearts.

Finglass personifies the high standards of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and is an exemplary role model who demonstrates passion, focus and enthusiasm for the squad and women of all ages all across America. Her exacting expectations and commitment to each cheerleader is evident in their conduct both on and off the field. Her own demanding schedule requires a personal commitment to excellence that has produced stellar results both for her self and the organization.

As a guardian of the cheerleaders since 1991, Finglass has been instrumental in creating an institution that is "often imitated but never equaled." In 1993, she produced the first swimsuit calendar video which is distributed nationally for both television and home video audiences. She has also created and refined programs for the organization such as DCC Dance & Drill Team Competitions, Camp DCC, Cheers for Years and Cheers for Fitness. Her skillful tutelage and direction of the DCC show group has resulted in a highly acclaimed and sought after entertainment group with corporate clients that have included Sports Illustrated, JCPenney and American Airlines. For the past two years, in addition to her formidable responsibilities as the DCC director, she has served as an executive producer for CMT's hit series Making the Team, which has documented the rigorous transformation of each cheerleader during their 12 week training camp.

Kelli Finglass has been married to Joel Finglass since 1996. They are the proud parents of two children -- Samantha and Ryan. Their family resides in Coppell, Texas.
Judy Trammell
Choreographer

Judy Trammell is the highly acclaimed choreographer for the elite Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders organization. A native of Dallas and a graduate of R.L. Turner High School, she has accumulated an impressive resumé of dance credentials with dedicated training in the following areas -- jazz, tap, drill team and pompom.

After wearing the prestigious star-spangled uniform for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and cheering on the sidelines of Texas Stadium from 1980 to 1984, Trammell was one of the first alumni to join the organization in the role of assistant choreographer in 1984. In 1991, she was promoted to head choreographer and assumed the full-time duties of instructing and training the squad.

Her responsibilities include developing cutting edge routines for sideline and pre-game performances at all Dallas Cowboys home games; producing show-stopping stage routines for the multi-talented DCC show group which travels internationally to perform at USO tours around the world and back home for corporate sponsors and clients; and directing and choreographing nationally televised halftime productions with up to 1,000 cast members.

Trammell's experiences both on and off the field have contributed to her success as a choreographer for the DCC organization. Her critical eye and attention to detail have been instrumental in elevating America's sweethearts to a world class organization that is emulated throughout the NFL. Her passion for dance, the squad and DCC is apparent in the high quality productions she produces for a worldwide audience.

Her resumé of work includes choreography for nationally televised programs including Jerry Lewis and Variety Club telethons; television specials - NFL Monday Night Football, Salute to Lady Liberty, Nashville Palace, CMT's Making The Team; Thanksgiving halftime extravaganzas for Clint Black, Reba McEntire, Randy Travis, LeAnn Rimes, Toby Keith, Creed, Jessica Simpson, Destiny's Child, Sheryl Crow and Carrie Underwood; music videos for MC Hammer and Toby Keith; DCC appearances on Phil Donahue, Geraldo Rivera, Montel Williams, Saturday Night Live, Harry and the Hendersons, Hard Knocks, Queer Eye For the Straight Guy, The View; special DCC concert appearances for the Oak Ridge Boys, Sammy Davis Jr., Neal McCoy and Journey; the NBC Academy of Country and Western Music Awards; the Miss Texas Pageant; big screen appearances in Dr. T and the Women and Invincible.

Judy Trammell has been married to Dick Trammell since 1978 and is the proud mother of three children -- Taylor, Cassie, and Blair. She and her family reside in Garland, Texas.
Jay Johnson
Fitness Trainer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders

After serving his country in the United States Army for over two decades, Jay Johnson emerged a man of intense focus, desire, drive and energy. He has combined these qualities to develop one of the nation's most effective and talked about boot camp fitness programs. His boot camp fitness program takes a streamlined, common sense approach to health and fitness. He uses his unique motivational techniques to help individuals attain their highest level of fitness. He does this the old fashioned way, by pushing boot campers -- hard! Over the years, he has helped thousands of individuals to sculpt their bodies, minds and spirits into top condition.

Boot Camp Fitness, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Johnson on the same principles of faith and character that he lives by. His commitment to excellence has garnered him a fiercely loyal following comprised of both elite athletic individuals and fitness novices working to better their overall physical strength and endurance. His experience as a combat infantryman, where he received and imparted rigorous physical training, uniquely qualifies him to know exactly how the human body will respond to military style techniques.

Johnson's reputation as one of the country's premiere experts in health and fitness has been highlighted by a number of print and television outlets including: Muscle and Fitness magazine, Bloomberg News and ABC's Evening News. He has also been featured on several prime-time programs including: Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Wife Swap, Judge Hachett, HBO's Hard Knocks, CMT's Making of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and many others. He is also a featured monthly fitness contributor to WFAA-TV 8's (Dallas ABC Affiliate) Good Morning Texas. Johnson is also the official trainer of the world famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. In March of 2007, he and wife Lin were invited to speak at the After-School All-Stars Annual Fundraiser in Columbus, Ohio, with featured guests Jack LaLanne, bodybuilding star Ronnie Coleman and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. In June, Boot Camp Fitness was selected as the official fitness sponsor for the Mrs. Texas Pageant. Johnson was also elected to serve on the first US Army DFW Advisory Board along with other leaders such Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief, Hillwood Chief of Staff Marc Hildenbrand, LULAC District III Director Coty Rodriguez-Anderson and former DISD Superintendent Dr. Mike Moses. Johnson and Lin also look forward to the launch of their new clothing line, Eternal Bling, and workout programs called Sweat Tunes. They will also star in their own CMT reality television program, I Want to Look Like a Cheerleader, in the fall of 2007.

Most importantly, Jay Johnson and his family are followers of Christ. He is a dedicated husband, soldier, entrepreneur and father to the couple's 13-year-old daughter, Sydney.
